She does not have any kind of supervisory experience. She does have her favorite people in the Call Center.
She lets people do what they want. What I mean by that is she has this one agent that leaves to go to Mexico whenever she wants and she does not have any doctor's notes for calling in.
She can take vacation when she wants. She lies about agents when she fires them.

They kept changing the price this is the third time they did this l called they said 105 three hours later when up to 126 when l went to pay my bill which l was told 65 plus which never happened l bee
I will tell every one to go some were else a max ppl don't know what they are doing they keep changing price went from 149 for change of car she she next payment be 65 then found out l was cancelled after taking money then l was told 105 with a 35 charge this is the 3 time ppl run away from a max

Verified Reviewer |I purchased Liability Insurance and needed Full coverage on my vehicle, when trying to pay difference the 3 people including the supposedly District Manager was not available. The inconvenience!!!
The inconvenience of service is absolutely horrible. The location is on 59 and Jensen.
The supposedly District Manager by the name of Wendy Deloroza. There are 3 people working in an office and the manager has not sense of urgency to help a customer who just purchased insurance over the phone, gave them business and when a problem occurs...oh no ONE can help.
This is disgusting and plain out disgrace in Customer Service. I would not recommend no one to spend their hard earned money with location.

I called in to the McKinney office and got a quote and was to sign. An issue with my bank arose so I called back the next day to make payment.
None of the information from the previous day was saved and no pictures loaded to file. I’ve been with them for awhile so all the information was the same. They wasted my time trying to obtain information that they should of already had saved on file. I voiced my complaints and continuesly kept being placed on hold.
The reps are unprofessional and slow physically and mentally. They then proceeded to keep calling me after I made my payment and have yet to send me the confirmation email as well as the papers to Esign
Bad business model
I missed my payment because the online portal has been down for wks. Called AMAX the next day-they're too busy to take my payment over the phone.
They do not post-date or set up recurring payments.
I was advised I should've asked to set up monthly payments at sign up bc now I can't until end of policy. So I'm just waiting for a call back before I get charged another late charge for not making my payment over the phone. this is truly a LOL moment.
I spoke with people in both agencies and no one can help me "at this time." So I'm hoping someone calls me back before they close so i can make my late payment. smh

They always have a lot of people working but yes they always helping the the people on the phone or they be doing things on the computer and make people wait for a long time

Also for her lying about me to get fired and put on the do not hire list that is unacceptable cause I had doctors notes. What about the agents that call in for not having any excuses at all and she lets them do what they want
